2. Your Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in Ireland or the European Union, you benefit from statutory rights under:
- Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland)
- EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
These rights include the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This policy explains how to exercise these rights when purchasing from us.
3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you receive the products (or the last item in a multiple-item order), without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision clearly (e.g., by email or letter) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or any other clear statement.
We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
4. Return of Products
You must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day period has expired.
Conditions for return:
- Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Products should be unused and in the same condition as when received
- Sealed packaging should remain unopened where applicable
For food supplements, once the seal has been broken, we may refuse a return on hygiene grounds, unless the product is faulty. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within the withdrawal period.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products unless we have agreed to bear this cost or the products are faulty.
5. Deduction for Diminished Value
We may make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. This does not apply where we have failed to inform you of your right of withdrawal or the consequences of exercising it.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
If you have expressly requested that we begin performance of services before the end of the withdrawal period, you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the service.
7. Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive products that are faulty, defective, or not as described, you have additional rights under consumer protection law. You may be entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of the products
- A price reduction
- A full refund
Please contact us as soon as you discover a fault. We may ask you to provide photographs or return the products for inspection. We will cover the cost of return for faulty products.

9. Refund Processing
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned products and verify they meet the return conditions. In any event, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or, if later, the returned products).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
